Certain features of PharmPraxis may require payment.
If you purchase services, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information and to promptly update that information if it changes. By purchasing, you authorize ClinCalc LLC to charge the payment method you provide for the fees described at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions will auto-renew unless canceled. You will be billed at the start of each renewal period. To avoid renewal charges, cancel before the next billing date via your account settings. Cancellation will generally take effect at the end of the current paid period.
We may adjust pricing for our services. When we do, we will notify affected users in advance. Continued use of a paid service after a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Refunds for direct purchases through PharmPraxis.com may be requested within 7 days of purchase; eligibility for refunds, and whether a pro-rata refund is available for subscriptions, will be determined in accordance with our refund policies. Refunds for transactions processed through third-party app stores are subject to the applicable store's policies and must be requested through that store.
If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the outstanding balance is paid. We may also retry failed payments and may charge any applicable late fees as permitted by law.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, without notice, for any violation of these terms or other reasons at our sole discretion.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Account deletion will result in the permanent deletion of associated data.
